Project Overview

Worked with a prominent Personal Branding Coach in the US, burdened by the overwhelming task of responding to numerous DMs and comments on his Instagram page. Despite high traffic, he struggled to convert engagement into tangible ROI, lacking a system for lead tracking and management.

Solution:

Designed and implemented Instagram DM Automation and Marketing using ManyChat, integrated with Google Sheets, to streamline and optimize lead engagement and tracking.

Role:

As the Project Manager, I orchestrated the entire setup and integration process, ensuring a seamless transition to the automated system. This role included strategizing and designing the automation flow, setting up ManyChat, and integrating it with Google Sheets for efficient lead management.

Results:

• A significant $30K deal closed without having to chase potential client.

• Over 400 leads generated and qualified on autopilot.
